Governance
ALFI is accountable to a governing body. Programme staff do not mark their own homework on money, safeguarding or public claims.
Transparency
Registration numbers, trustee names and audited figures will be added from ALFI’s own documents. They are not filled in to make the page look finished.

Names and roles will be published here when ALFI releases them. This page does not invent a board.
Legal name, registration number and jurisdiction will be published here from the organisation’s documents. They are not guessed.
Money in, money out, and the subsidy gap are different numbers. Sales are not reported as impact. Subsidy value is reported only when procurement price and a reliable reference price both exist.
Donors may say which programme they hope to support. ALFI applies gifts under its fund-allocation policy. A choice on a form is not a legal restriction unless that policy says so.
ALFI accepts money, food and in-kind support it can use safely. It can decline items that are unsafe, unsuitable or impossible to store.
People who approve a supplier, sponsor or grant declare related interests. Those declarations sit with the governing records.
Children and vulnerable beneficiaries are not content. No story, photograph or personal detail about them is published without a proper consent process, and ALFI may still refuse publication. Volunteer recruitment on this site is for adults.
ALFI collects only what a task needs: contact details for a donation or shift, household information only where assistance requires it. Access inside the future admin system is by role. This public site stores a copy of your submission on your own device.
Use the contact form and keep the reference you receive. Disagreement is not deleted because it is inconvenient. Safeguarding concerns should be marked clearly in the message.
Annual and programme reports will be linked from the impact page once they exist as documents. A designed dashboard is not a substitute for the file.
Administration
The public site is what visitors see. Records of food, money, sponsors and volunteers need separate roles. That system is not switched on here, because a static page cannot protect those records.
