ALFI can take on water, hygiene and sanitation where a community needs them and a sponsor funds that project. These programmes are planned until a site and a budget exist.

Handwashing and hygiene education attached to a real activity, not a slogan on its own.
Sanitation
Waste awareness, clean-ups, and school or community sanitation programmes.
Separate funding
WASH projects are sponsored on their own so food money is not silently moved.
